Project Overview
The HPC800 horizontal machining center retrofit project undertaken by NT Company has been successfully completed. The equipment has fully recovered its appearance, functions and precision, and has been officially delivered to the customer.
The HPC800 horizontal machining center involved in this retrofit has a long service life. Due to long-term high-intensity production operations, the equipment suffered from worn mechanical components, aging electrical systems and reduced performance and precision, which could no longer meet the customer's production and processing requirements. In response to this situation, the technical team of NT Company formulated a full-process, high-standard retrofit plan and launched special maintenance work at Huigao Factory.
What we have done
Comprehensive Renewal of Mechanical System: The machine tool was completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. All worn mechanical components were repaired or replaced to fully restore the equipment's rigidity and motion accuracy.
Electrical System Upgrade: The low-voltage electrical system was completely replaced to eliminate aging risks and ensure the stability and safety of equipment operation.
Restoration of Overall Appearance and Performance: The equipment's appearance was refurbished and functional modules were debugged to ensure all indicators meet the original factory standards and fully satisfy the customer's production requirements.
