Horizontal Machining Center
NHC500 Horizontal Machining Center is a CNC machining equipment with a horizontal structure. Its main structure includes a wide box-type bed, symmetrical columns and a high-rigidity guide rail system. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, mold processing and other industries, and is suitable for mass production and high-precision processing needs.
Features
Stable cutting capability
NHC500 adopts a frame-in-frame structure. The core bearing components including the bed, column and slide are all high-strength cast iron structures, ensuring that the machine tool has good anti-deformation ability under dynamic load. The X/Y/Z axis travel is 700/600/600mm respectively. The three axes all use roller linear guides, which improve the bearing capacity and seismic resistance by about 30% compared with ball guides. This structure, combined with the 500kg worktable load capacity, enables the equipment to maintain a positioning accuracy of less than 0.006mm and a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.003mm during high-speed heavy cutting.
Support high-speed and heavy-load processing
NHC500 can be equipped with three spindle interfaces: BT40, BT50 or HSK A63. The maximum spindle speed is 8000 rpm and 24000 rpm respectively, covering scenes from heavy load to high-speed precision processing. The maximum spindle power configuration is 37kW, which meets the processing needs of various materials such as stainless steel, cast iron and high-strength alloys. The spindle adopts oil cooling or water cooling constant temperature system, which can control the temperature rise within the range of ±2℃ and reduce the influence of thermal deformation on processing accuracy.
High-speed axis feed system
The three-axis fast moving speed of the equipment is 60m/min, which is the high-speed level in the current medium-sized horizontal machining center. With the acceleration design of 0.6g, it can quickly complete positioning and reverse action, and compress non-cutting time. High-precision ball screw and high-power servo motor (matched with FANUC α series) are adopted, and the system response time is short. Compared with similar models with industry standard fast moving speed of 40~50m/min, the overall beat efficiency of NHC500 is improved by about 15%~20%, which is particularly suitable for beat-sensitive production lines.
High efficiency of multi-process processing
NHC500 is equipped with a 40/60-tool robot arm ATC system as standard, with a maximum supported tool diameter of 110mm (up to 220mm when there is no adjacent tool), a length of 400mm, and a maximum single tool weight of 25kg. The position coding and tool identification system is used to control the tool change time within 3 seconds. Compared with the traditional bamboo hat-type ATC system (average tool change time of 5 to 6 seconds), the overall tool change cycle efficiency of NHC500 is improved by about 35%.
