We have more than 30 tool general contractors, including more than 20 with more than 10 years of experience.

We started the tooling general contracting business in 2016 and started the tooling management project in early 2017. During the year, the CPU of the transmission was reduced to about 1/3 of the initial level and more than 80 tool-related issues were optimized. NT's tooling management not only focuses on the CPU of the tool, but also integrates internal and external resources to work with customers to optimize product quality, improve processing technology, improve production efficiency, and reduce factory operation CPU.

*Submit detailed processing cycle charts.

*Submit 3D and 2D designs, drawings, and plans for fixtures.

*Provide assembly drawings for new tooling.

*Submit tool layout diagrams for all machine models.

*Present process optimization proposals.

*Provide process cards for all machine models.

*Submit a spare parts list.

*Strictly adhere to safety regulations and requirements set forth by both the client and NT.

*Daily inspection of project implementation plans to ensure adherence to customer timelines.

*Install and debug all hardware components, such as fixtures and loading and unloading mechanisms.

*Thoroughly debug all models and types of parts.

*Conduct CMK capability acceptance tests.
