A total of 48 high-end HMC from HELLER, DMG and GROB were integrated in this project to build standardized cylinder block and cylinder head production lines. Upon project completion, an annual production capacity of 250,000 units will be achieved, significantly enhancing the supporting production capacity of complete vehicle powertrains.
Our Deliverables
The entire project involved cross-provincial integrated transportation of large precision equipment. Professional heavy-duty transport vehicles were allocated in a coordinated manner, completing a total of 24 safe trips. The relocation and positioning of all equipment were efficiently accomplished with zero safety incidents and zero equipment damage.
For aging imported machining centers in service for over ten years, we carried out comprehensive technical transformation and upgrading. Supporting cutting tools, fixtures and truss automation equipment were installed to fully revitalize existing equipment resources and enable their secondary efficient utilization. Meanwhile, the original single-machine chip removal and single-machine oil mist collection modes were upgraded to plant-wide centralized chip removal and centralized oil mist collection systems, effectively reducing production and operation costs.
