The S15T project is a cylinder line and cylinder head line with Gantry reconstruction project, compatible with three products, involving 102 MAG machining centers, 17 Gantries, 4 Adaptor Pallets tightening/loosening machines, 2 cylinder measuring machines, adding 7 machining center with reused machine tools integrated into the existing production line, and the machine tools were transformed with centralized liquid supply and automatic loading and unloading. An AGV automatic loading system, depalletizing and ground rail robot loading system were added. According to the characteristics of the new products, Reuse old and new cutting tools. This project involves the replacement and modification of 33 hydraulic clamps, the modification of 200 portable pallets, and the addition of 250 new high-precision adapter pallets.
