Case Sharing:

This project is to transform the machining center that originally processed traditional internal combustion engine parts into a production line for rear end covers of new energy parts. The machine tool brands involved include Japanese Mazak NEXUS5000L, Mazak Ningxia Little Giant 510C, and Japanese Makino J3, with a total of 14 machining centers, including vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and mixed line production; new tools and fixtures, and new auxiliary machines cleaning, leak testing, and marking equipment, with reserved automation interfaces to facilitate the addition of ground-rail robots in the second phase.
