NT's independently developed vertical machining centers are utilized in various facilities, including well known chassis factories, die-casting factories etc.
Suspension is the general term for the connection device used to transmit force between the car's frame and the axle or wheel with the function of transmitting the force and torque between the wheel and the frame, and it serves as buffer to the forces transmitted to the frame or body from uneven road surfaces and attenuates the resulting vibrations to ensure that the car can drive smoothly. Air suspension is increasingly used in modern vehicles as one of the most important components of air suspension, the guide arm has also undergone diversified changes with the continuous evolution of technology. With the current improving of the comfort of large vehicles, the guide arm also needs to be changed accordingly.
NT's independently developed vertical machining centers, VM1270 model and VM1580 model, guide arm unmanned production line, and robot and gantry integration with loading and unloading have been delivered to customers and have been put into use. In the first phase, there are 6 machining centers, one gantry, and two robots.
