3 Axis Vertical Machining Center is a CNC machine tool with vertical spindle configuration, which has independent control capabilities for the three coordinate axes of X, Y, and Z. This model is suitable for the processing of small and medium-sized complex parts and is widely used in mold manufacturing, automotive parts processing, aerospace and other fields.

Features

High-strength casting structure
The 3 Axis Vertical Machining Center series adopts a high-rigidity cast iron bed and a wide-span column structure, with a maximum travel range of 800×500×550mm (NV850) to 2000×900×900mm (NV2090). The maximum worktable load capacity is 1800kg, which effectively supports the stable processing of large parts. The wide worktable (such as 2200×900mm for NV2090) with a large X-axis travel avoids overtravel or frequent clamping, and improves the one-time clamping processing coverage of large and complex parts.

Multi-specification spindle configuration
This series of models supports two spindle interfaces, BT40 and BT50. The maximum speed of the BT40 spindle is 10,000rpm, which is suitable for high-speed finishing of aluminum parts, molds, etc.; the maximum power of the BT50 spindle is 18.5kW, the speed is 6,000rpm, and the torque is higher, which is suitable for medium and heavy cutting conditions such as cast iron and stainless steel. For example, both NV1580 and NV2090 are equipped with BT50 spindles, which can meet the needs of large-scale heavy cutting. The spindle power and cutting stability are designed with differentiated configurations, which is convenient for users to match according to the actual material type and process requirements.

High-speed feed system
The standard X/Y/Z-axis rapid feed speed of the whole series is 36m/min, and the optional 48m/min high-speed specification is a high-level configuration in medium-sized vertical machining. With ball screw drive and high-power servo system, high dynamic response is achieved, positioning time is shortened, and non-cutting time is compressed. For larger stroke models such as NV1580 and NV2090, the Z-axis feed speed is 24m/min, with forced lubrication and heavy-duty structural support, it maintains good rigidity and stability in vertical cutting or tool change displacement.

Automatic tool change system
The equipment is equipped with a 24-tool servo robot arm tool magazine as standard, and some models can be expanded to 30, such as NV1270 to NV2090 models support 30 tool positions. The BT40 spindle supports a maximum tool diameter of 150mm (without adjacent tools), a tool length of 300~350mm, and a maximum weight of 8kg (optionally 15 or 25kg). The BT50 spindle supports a maximum tool diameter of 200mm and a weight of 25kg. The tool change time is less than 3.5 seconds, and the system has tool identification, misalignment protection, and operation monitoring functions.
