4 Axis Vertical Machining Center is a CNC vertical machining equipment with four-axis linkage capability. It is used in mold manufacturing, automotive parts, precision machinery and other scenarios that require complex curved surfaces or multi-faceted processing.
Features
Strong multi-faceted machining capability
The 4 Axis Vertical Machining Center adds a fourth-axis rotation function on the basis of three axes, and can realize A-axis or B-axis control by installing a CNC rotary table. The fourth axis adopts high-rigidity servo control, combined with a high-resolution encoder, to ensure that the rotation angle control accuracy is within ±10″, and the repeatability can be controlled within ±4″, meeting the needs of high-precision parts.
High-rigidity spindle system
This series is equipped with a BT50 spindle as standard, with a maximum speed of 6000rpm and a spindle power of 15/18.5kW, which is suitable for rough and fine machining tasks of medium and high-strength materials such as steel, cast iron and titanium alloy. Compared with BT40, the BT50 interface has a larger taper shank contact area and clamping force, small vibration during cutting, high thermal stability, combined with the S6-60% overload capacity of the spindle motor, it can continuously support high torque output.
Medium and high-speed feed
The standard fast moving speed of the X/Y/Z three-axis is 30/30/24 m/min, which can be increased to 48m/min after optional configuration. Combining the servo drive system with a high-precision ball screw, it achieves a three-axis positioning accuracy of 0.0060.012mm, and the highest repeatability accuracy can reach 0.004mm. The tool magazine capacity supports 2430 tools, with a maximum tool weight of 25kg (optional), and supports large tool diameter tool change logic.
Multi-mode unmanned processing
This model supports the integration of multiple automation modules, including linkage operation with supporting structures such as robots, truss manipulators, and dual exchange workbenches. Its four-axis platform design can adapt to multi-directional workpiece loading and unloading structures to improve the flexibility of automatic loading and unloading. Some configurations support dual-spindle structures, with two Z axes driven independently to independently compensate for tool length errors.
