·High-load structure
The CNC Vertical Milling Center NV1580 is equipped with a large travel range of 1550×800×800mm, a worktable size of 1700×800mm, and can carry a maximum weight of 1600kg, which is suitable for a variety of medium and large workpiece processing scenarios. The adjustable distance between the worktable and the spindle is from 120mm to 920mm, and the distance from the spindle center to the column is 900mm, which ensures effective travel utilization and clamping flexibility when processing large parts.
·High-torque BT50 spindle system
This model is equipped with a BT50 spindle as standard, with a maximum speed of 6000rpm, a rated power of 15/18.5kW, and a high torque output capacity. The spindle is suitable for large-size tools (maximum tool diameter up to 200mm) and supports a maximum tool weight of 25kg (optional), allowing the machine tool to maintain cutting continuity and system stability during heavy-load roughing.
·High production line cycle efficiency
The standard rapid moving speed of the X/Y/Z axes is 30/30/24 m/min, which is a medium-high speed configuration among the current vertical mills of the same specification, and supports optional higher speed versions. The tool changing system supports 24 or 30 tool positions, with a maximum tool length of 350mm and a maximum tool weight of 15kg (optional 25kg). It has the tool adjacent position recognition function and supports large-diameter tool changing logic (the maximum tool diameter can reach 200mm when the adjacent position is left empty), which is suitable for multi-process linkage processing tasks.
·Stable repeatability
NV1580's positioning accuracy in the X/Y/Z axes is controlled within 0.012mm, and the repeatability accuracy is 0.006mm, which meets the requirements for industrial parts processing with high precision. This accuracy level is derived from the ball screw drive system, encoder closed-loop control and spindle constant temperature cooling device used in the equipment to suppress thermal drift and system backlash accumulation.
