Palletizing and Depalletizing System
During the depalletizing process, some technical challenges and difficulties may be encountered. For example, if one or more objects in the stack blocks or otherwise interferes with the interaction between the robotic system and one or more other objects in the stack, it may cause the stack to tip over or the objects to be damaged.
To address these challenges, modern automation technology offers a variety of solutions. For example, using a robotic depalletizer with a 3D vision system and gripper can capture the environment and calculate the coordinates of randomly placed objects to accurately perform depalletizing operations. These robotic systems can scan each object, identify their pick-up points, and place them on a conveyor belt or other designated location.

Our company undertakes the transformation of the cylinder roughing line, cylinder block finishing line, and cylinder head finishing line, adding three sets of depalletizing robot loading and unloading systems, two new gantry loading and unloading systems, and 3 sets of ground rail robot loading and unloading systems, retrofit 32 CNC machine tools (involving general machining centers and special machine equipment of YNC and Comau), add and retrofit 32 hydraulic clamping systems, new and reused tools, etc., with an annual production capacity of 150,000, meeting the production requirements of CMK1.67.
