Description
The Quick Change Pallet System is a modular pallet system for CNC machine tools. It is mainly composed of pallet modules, positioning pins and locking devices. It can achieve rapid replacement and high-precision positioning of workpieces or fixtures, and supports manual or automatic operation.

Improve equipment utilization
The Quick Change Pallet System adopts a mechanical quick-change structure, and the average pallet change time can be controlled within 25 seconds, which is about 36 times more efficient than the average 15 minutes of traditional manual pallet change. For every 1 minute reduction in pallet change time, the effective start-up rate of the machine tool can be increased by about 3%. Therefore, through the quick change system, the annual production capacity of a single machine tool can be increased by 15%-20%, effectively reducing the waste of production capacity caused by pallet change downtime.
High repeatability positioning accuracy
The QCP system adopts a short cone positioning design combined with mechanical locking technology to achieve a repeatability positioning accuracy of 0.003~0.005 mm. Compared with the positioning error of the traditional fixture of about 0.02 mm, the accuracy of this system is improved by 4 to 6 times. This positioning accuracy reduces the product size deviation caused by clamping errors during processing, reducing the rework rate and scrap rate.
High clamping force design
The maximum clamping force of the QCP system can reach 9000 pounds (about 4080 kg), which is about 30% higher than that of traditional fixtures. This clamping force ensures the stable fixation of the tool under high cutting force, avoiding machining vibration and displacement. For every 20% increase in clamping force, the cutting speed can be increased by 10%-15%, which is particularly suitable for heavy cutting and large-size workpiece processing.

The QCP system adopts a modular design, supports more than 1,000 tooling variants, is compatible with different machine models and workpiece specifications, greatly improves production flexibility, and adapts to the needs of multi-variety small-batch production.
