Renovation of 15 ENSHU horizontal machining centers, including 9 JE60S and 6 JE80G.
Overhaul and restoration of the machines, adding automatic loading and unloading interfaces for gantry loaders.
As a sub-supplier of MAG Germany, we need to connect with customers and the German side at various nodes, which makes the management of this project very difficult.
Some crankshaft gantry retrofit is a collaboration project with Liebherr to localize some Liebherr gantry components, including producing part of mechanical components and all electrical system components. In addition, our company is responsible for all installation and debugging of Liebherr gantry loaders and communication with machine tool equipment.
