5 Axis Horizontal Machining Center is a high-precision CNC machine tool with a horizontal structure design and a five-axis linkage function, suitable for efficient processing of complex workpieces. It is mainly composed of a fixed bed, a rotatable worktable, a spindle assembly and a control system. It can realize the processing of workpieces at multiple angles under the linkage of three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotary axes (A axis and C axis). High-rigidity cast iron bed
The bed of the machine tool is made of high-quality cast iron material, which is annealed at high temperature to eliminate internal stress and ensure rigidity and stability. The static stiffness of the cast iron bed reaches more than 10⁶ N/mm, which effectively suppresses vibration and deformation during processing and maintains the spindle positioning error less than 5 microns.
Guide rail equipped with counterweight system
The system introduces a counterweight mechanism in the up and down movement of the spindle head and the cutting feed guide rail to reduce the inertia of movement. This design can increase the motion response speed by more than 15% and reduce the processing vibration by about 20%. The counterweight system effectively buffers the impact during acceleration and deceleration, ensures the smooth movement trajectory of the spindle head, and evenly wears the tool, thereby improving the consistency and repeatability of the processing size.
Cam-driven tool changing mechanism
The cam-driven tool magazine tool changing system makes tool change smooth and fast. The tool change time is usually controlled between 1.0 and 1.5 seconds, which is about 30% higher than the traditional gear tool change efficiency. The cam mechanism ensures accurate tool positioning, and the vibration amplitude during tool change is less than 0.05 mm, which reduces mechanical errors and downtime caused by tool change and improves the overall productivity of the machine tool.
Spindle low temperature cooling system
The spindle adopts low temperature cooling technology to keep the temperature fluctuation within ±1°C to avoid positioning errors caused by thermal expansion. Combined with an ultra-high-speed high-torque spindle with a speed of up to 25,000 rpm and a torque of more than 50 Nm, it ensures high-load cutting capacity. The cooling system can reduce the error caused by thermal deformation by more than 40%, improving the dimensional stability and surface quality in continuous processing.
