Horizontal Machining Center NHM-500
Horizontal machining center is suitable for processing different materials of various shapes of the workpiece, such as metal plate, large castings, a variety of process templates and complex three-dimensional graphics parts. CONSTRUCTION
*HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER WITH INVERTED T STRUCTURE
The X-axis of the machine tool moves the turntable left and right, the Y-axis of the machine tool moves the spindle up and down along the column guide rail, and the Z-axis of the machine tool moves the column forward and backward along the bed base.The machine tool structure facilitates the expansion and exchange of workbenches and other optional items, ensuring stability and reliability.

* BALL SCREWS AND AXIS DRIVES:
Each axis is driven using a high precision, fully ground ballscrew. Each of the axes ballscrews are double anchored to eliminate thermal growth and allow exceptionally fast feedrates. All the ballscrews are supported on using angular contact thrust bearings and are perfectly centered between the linear guideways. The ballscrews are driven directly using direct-coupled AC servo type drive motors eliminating vibration, noise, and backlash.
* AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER:
The 24 pocket Arm ATC provides reliable tool changes.
* FULLY ENCLOSED MACHINE ENCLOSURE:
The machine enclosure is made of heavy duty sheet metal to contain the chips and coolant. The entire machine is fully enclosed. The removable side doors allow direct access to the inside of the machine. The front door widely opening allows for easily loading and unloading of work pieces.
* FLOOD COOLANT SYSTEM:
A dedicated flood pump provides high volume coolant to the machine tool. The coolant enters the head casting and exits through the bottom of the spindle to help control thermal growth. The mounted nozzles are fully adjustable to accommodate various tool lengths. The 200 L coolant tank provides adequate capacity for any application.
* LUBRICATION:
Automatic lubrication is provided to the linear guideways and ball screws via way oil. Oil is delivered by metered valves, which precisely control the volume. A low-level alarm on the CNC warns the user preventing possible damage to the guideways and ball screws.
* PNEUMATIC SYSTE:
The pneumatic system includes pneumatic triplets, which have three components: drainage, pressure reduction, and lubrication. The spindle is equipped with air protection, which forms pressure on the filtered dry air inside the nose end of the spindle, effectively preventing chips or cutting fluid from entering the spindle and prolonging its service life.
* CHIP CONVEYOR SYSTEM:
Chip conveyor system include 2 spiral chip conveyors and 1 chain type chip conveyor,2 spiral chip conveyors move the chips on both sides of the machine from the back row to the chip chute in front of the machine.Chips fall into the chain chip conveyor from the chip chute,The chain chip conveyor drives and lifts all the chips through the chain before falling into the chip collection device.Its action can be controlled through buttons on the operation panel.
* SPINDLE OIL CHILLER:
The spindle oil chiller can cooling the spindle through two methods: fixed temperature or room temperature adjustment, ensuring that the spindle temperature remains constant within the set range, reducing heat generation, and ensuring stable spindle accuracy.
