CONSTRUCTION
*HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER WITH CROSS SLIDE STRUCTURE
The X/Z axis of the machine tool is a cross slide structure for the movement of the turntable, and the Y axis is for the spindle box to move up and down along the column guide rail. The machine tool has a simple structure and high cost-effectiveness.
* GUIDEWAYS:
The X/Y/Z axis are standard with heavy-duty linear guideways. The guide ways are widely spaced to eliminate table pitch and deformation. All the guideways are placed against ground shoulders to maximize rigidity and geometry.
