Production Line Retrofitting for Product Upgrade

Case Sharing: This project is a motor housing product developed simultaneously by XXXX and North America. It uses the idle J80S machine tool from Enshu, Japan. It is divided into four processes and adds an automation project for the gantry.
1. Eight sets of J80S CNC from Enshu, Japan, were overhauled, and four of them had their A-axis changed to AB-axis.
2. Add new cutting tool and fixtures for the production of two different models of cases
3. Add two gantry loaders
