Case Sharing: The project needs to retrofit 48 horizontal machining centers of HELLER, DMG and GROB. The cylinder block production line and cylinder head production line have a production capacity of 250,000 units per year.
Transported the entire 48 machine tools to Yangzhong, Jiangsu, with a large transport truck, for about 24 trips, and completed with zero accidents.
For equipment that is more than ten years old, we add tools, fixtures, and gantry loaders automation to allow the equipment to be reused.
The equipment is modified from a single machine for chip removal and a single machine for oil mist collection to concentrated chip removal and oil mist collection.
