Supports large-size workpiece processing with high loads
This series of equipment is equipped with a high-strength worktable, supporting a maximum size of 1700×1300mm (model NTH1680), with a load capacity of up to 3000kg, suitable for stable clamping and multi-faceted processing of large-size heavy parts. The large table structure plus the long axial travel (maximum X-axis 1600mm, Y-axis 1500mm, Z-axis 800mm) enables the main processing surface of most complex parts to be completed in one clamping.
High speed and high power output capability
The 3 Axis Gantry Machining Center is equipped with an HSK A63 spindle interface, with a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm (optionally 20,000 rpm), and a spindle power of 22/26 kW, which has strong heavy cutting capabilities. The spindle adopts a large-diameter ceramic bearing structure, combined with an oil-gas lubrication system and an internal spindle cooling structure to achieve high speed and high stability compatibility.
