Gantry Machining Center with Moving Table

NTB series moving table Gantry CNC adopts internationally renowned mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and other components, which are high-quality, mature and reliable.

It adopts FANUC 0i-MF CNC system, which is easy to operate, maintain and repair, and can run stably for a long time. The machine tool adopts column fixing and movable workbench layout.

The main components of the machine tool are optimized by finite element analysis to ensure that the machine tool has the characteristics of good stability and high rigidity. The machine tool is widely used in national key industries such as railways, military industry, automobiles, molds, machine tools, etc., and has been well received by many users.

Structure

This machine adopts a column-fixed and worktable-movable layout. The gantry frame consists of two large-section columns on the left and right and a high-rigidity crossbeam. It has a stable rigid structure and excellent thermal symmetry.

In order to overcome the adverse effects of gravity, this bed adopts a hydraulic balance structure in the Z direction. The Z direction uses a large inner diameter hydraulic balance pipeline to increase the moving speed of the moving parts and can automatically adjust the balance pressure to solve the problem of Z-axis sliding down due to sudden power failure, making it safe and reliable to use.
