Rigid Box-in-Box & Dual Feedback for CMK-Compliant Accuracy

The NHC series horizontal machining centers adopt a box-in-box structure, providing excellent structural rigidity. The X-axis is driven by dual lead screws in synchronization, resulting in more uniform and reasonable force distribution, ensuring smooth and reliable operation during rapid movement. The standard configuration consists of a precision grating scale forming a dual closed-loop system, enabling the machine tool to have excellent precision stability, which is a reliable guarantee for the product to meet the processing accuracy requirements of CMK.
 

Ultra-Short Arm Tool Changer for Reduced Cycle Time

The tool magazine adopts an ultra-short mechanical hand design, which runs faster. At the same time, the unique design enables the tool magazine door to act synchronously with the cam mechanism, significantly reducing the tool changing time. For the processing of large quantities of parts, it can significantly shorten the auxiliary time, reduce the processing cycle, increase the output of the entire production line or reduce the number of machines, saving investment.

 

Multi-Axis Options for Flexible Production Setup
The NHC series horizontal machining centers offer a wide range of option functions. Customers can choose the A-axis, B-axis or 5-axis rotary table. The customer can flexibly arrange the processes and fixture postures according to the processing characteristics of the product. Through the cooperation of the A-axis and B-axis machine tools, even with the manual linear path method, the operator can easily achieve loading and unloading through pushing and pulling actions.

 

Versatile Spindle & High Rigidity for Optimal Cutting Performance
The spindle can choose BT40, BT50, HSK A63 or HSKA100 to meet different requirements for high-speed processing or large-torque processing. Thanks to the high rigidity bed and high-speed high-precision performance, NHC can achieve good cutting effects for different materials or different product features.
