NHC800 High Precision CNC Horizontal Milling Machine

NT independently develops horizontal machining centers, which are tailored for machining automotive parts such as engine cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and steering gear housings. Designed and manufactured in full compliance with universal industry standards, the mass-produced machine supports optional configurations of A-axis, B-axis and combined AB-axis. It is equipped with gantry robot automatic loading/unloading system, tool management system and MES. Adopting a thermally symmetric box-in-box structure, the machine minimizes stress and thermal deformation to deliver long-term precision stability. Fitted with high-precision ball screws and precision linear scales, it achieves outstanding performance in high-speed and high-precision machining.
